1. Introduction
Welcome to the Rochester RC LTD Affiliate Program (“Program”). This Program allows you (“Affiliate”, “you”, or “your”) to earn commissions on sales generated through your unique affiliate links to our ecommerce site. By joining our Program, you agree to adhere to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Enrollment
To enroll in the Program, you must submit a completed application form and be approved by Rochester RC LTD. We reserve the right to reject any application for any reason. Upon approval, you will gain access to your affiliate dashboard.
3. Affiliate Obligations
3.1. You agree to use the Program in a manner that is ethical and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
3.2. You will promote Rochester RC LTD products to your audience in a truthful and sincere manner and not engage in any deceptive advertising practices.
3.3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your affiliate account information and for all activities under your account.
3.4. You agree to use your unique affiliate link and/or discount code provided by Rochester RC LTD for tracking sales.
4. Commissions
4.1. Affiliates will earn a commission rate of 5% for each sale generated through their unique affiliate link or use of their discount code.
4.2. Commissions are calculated on the net value of the sale (excluding shipping and handling, taxes, and returns).
4.3. Affiliates wil continue to get 5% commission on any sale by the customers that used the affiliate link or discount code for a period of 1 year from their original purchase.
4.4. Payments will be made monthly, provided the Affiliate has a minimum balance of $50 in earned commissions. Payments will be made through PayPal, and it is the Affiliate’s responsibility to ensure their payment information is accurate and up to date.
5. Term and Termination
5.1. This agreement begins upon your acceptance into the Program and will end when terminated by either party.
5.2. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice of termination.
5.3. Upon termination, the Affiliate must immediately cease all promotional activities and remove all affiliate links and discount codes.
6. Limitation of Liability
Rochester RC LTD will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this Program. The total liability of Rochester RC LTD under this agreement shall not exceed the total commissions paid or payable to the Affiliate.
7. Modifications
Rochester RC LTD reserves the right to update and change the Terms and Conditions from time to time without notice. Any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on the affiliate program page. Your continued participation in the Program following such modifications constitutes your acceptance.
8. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
9. Acknowledgment
By joining the Rochester RC LTD Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
