Rochester RC is a great shop! Friendly and knowledgeable staff, huge selection of RC models, spares and upgrades. If it's not in stock they will get items ordered in and available asap. Overall you really couldn't ask for more!! And just to make things all the more enjoyable there is a cafe too. Where you can sit and ponder over your next purchase 👍🏼😂

The latest example of this for me was when I ordered a car late on Monday, it stated 1 to 3 days delivery as supplier stock. Amanda called me Wednesday to say the car had been discontinued and the alternative was out of stock, but I could have a different colour.. I agreed, then she called again the next day as the courier failed to pick up the car for delivery.... Rochester RC proceeded to drive a 4 hour round trip to personally deliver the car to me the next morning !!!

Very friendly and helpful, fixed issue with reciever in less than 10 mins, reasonable prices, big shop very happy with customer service, thank you to the guys carrying on the shop after the lovely old boy passed. Would recommend highly! local indoor track available to all Saturdays.to test cars... Ask in store for more details
